Vehicle Restrictions
- RVs over 10 years old will not be allowed unless previously approved by resort management.
- Only one recreational vehicle allowed per site.
- Tent camping is not permitted. Please do not install anything that will puncture the ground at your campsite.
Pricing
- Rates are for four (4) people per site. The rates for additional persons are $4.00 per person, per night. For monthly reservations, please call the RV Resort Management Office at 858.272.4051. The maximum consecutive stay permitted is eight (8) months.

Site Policies
- $250 deposit required for monthly stays
- Tax rates are currently at 10.5%
- Electricity is sub-metered and utility costs are distributed monthly based on the actual usage of each individual site

Check-in & Check-out Policy:
- The RV Resort Management Office is open
- Monday – Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Sunday Closed
- You may check-in at 12 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM
Cancellation Policy
- For no penalty, you must cancel outside of 14 days of your reservation arrival date.
- When cancelling within 14 days of arrival, reservations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee or $25 whichever is greater.
- Monthly reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival forfeit their deposit.
- No refunds unless park is full and site is rented.
- No refunds on early departures during holidays and summer weekends.
- Early departure fee of 10% of the remaining balance.
Discounts
- We offer 10% off our daily rate for: Good Sam, AAA, and AARP. A valid government issued ID card and current membership card must be presented at check-in to receive these discounts. Discounts do not apply to monthly stays.
